The Nike Air Force 1 Low‘s 40th anniversary is fast-approaching its end. But before the year closes, Bruce Kilgore’s iconic silhouette continues to emerge in compelling new styles.
As fall gets underway, a kid’s-exclusive version clad in floral print has surfaced. Construction across the upper takes on leather materials, staying true to the blueprint from 1983. Every panel except for profile swooshes and upper spine sections, however, boast six-pointed flower graphics done in a combination of white and green tones. The toe box and lateral heel are also adorned with the spring-friendly motif, but enjoy a three-dimensional arrangement that delivers a touch of playfulness to the kid’s Air Force 1. Sole units underfoot keep things tamer, although a semi-translucent gum bottom keep things interesting.
