In tandem with the Nike V2K Run, the Zoom Vomero 5 has returned from the archives to an overwhelming amount of popularity. Effectively dominating the revitalized “Dad Shoe” market, the Beaverton brand has imbued the Zoom-cushioned silhouette with a compelling range of diverse color blockings, which now adds a “Pacific Moss” treatment to the already expansive roster.
While many a past iteration has rested on the silhouette’s mesh base layer, this fall-friendly ensemble instead is treated to a supple canvas base layer. Dyed in a hue reminiscent of Oscar the Grouch, the pair’s textile base layer and surrounding suede overlays enact a near-clad upper while the vamp and heel’s connecting panels are stricken with a slightly more vibrant “Pear” finish. Bringing jet-black clarity to the tongue construction, outsole and profile swooshes, an unexpected deep burgundy shade fills the model’s TPU embellishments at the quarter and heel counter.
Enjoy a detailed look at the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Pacific Moss” below while we await further release details.
In other news, the Jordan 3 “White/Navy” recently surfaced in first-look imagery.
