Shades of grey flood the latest hybrid Jordan model.

Jordan Brand Unleashes A “Shadow” Spin On The MVP 678

This past Summer saw the debut of one of the most successful hybrid models from the Jumpman banner, the Jordan MVP 678. Crafting highlighted elements from each of the silhouettes he wore during his first three-peat, the high-top model’s latest treatment echos a pitch-dark remembrance of the Chicago Bulls.

Utilizing the model’s staple clad-nubuck treatment, the upper is swatched in a dimly lit “Shadow Grey” tint. Stretching from the laces and tongue construction to the ribbed heel counter, the upper’s darkened dominance is highlighted through the midsole’s seldom “Sail” appearances while a collection of “University Red” contrasts inject a bit of Chicago flair within the marbled heel, tread and Jumpman logo affixed to the collar.

The women’s exclusive Jordan MVP 678 “Shadow” is expected to release before the year ends for a retail price of $165. In the meantime, the pair can be seen in official imagery ahead.

In other news from the Beaverton brand, the KD 3 “Christmas” is returning in retro form this holiday season.
