While first and foremost a celebration of heritage, Air Max Day has since become a means of evolving the franchise’s legacy. Over the course of the past few years, for example, Nike has made it a tradition to debut new models on said holiday. And with yet another celebration fast approaching, it’s no surprise that leaks have surfaced of the brand’s next proposition: the Air Max DN.

Although its namesake would suggest a direct connection to the Air Max TN, the Nike Air Max DN appears to borrow elements from various silhouettes across the line-up. That’s not to say it bears no similarities to the icon, though, as the sole unit appears to be a more futuristic take on that of said sneaker. Above, these influences are much more subtle, overshadowed by an upper that’s heavily reminiscent of the Air Max Deluxe.

There are reportedly several colorways of the Nike Air Max DN lined up for 2024. Enjoy a first look at the contemporary offering ahead as we await further details regarding not only its release but also its design.
