The Nike Air Max 1 “Valentine’s Day” Scoops Up Stussy’s Neapolitan Colorway

UPDATED December 20th, 2023: Official images have been added.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, the Nike Air Max 1 is drawing inspiration from one of the Swoosh’s many beloveds.

Akin to the collaborative work of Stussy — namely, their cherry-topped Dunk Low — this Nike Air Max 1 gears up for the most romantic day of the year in what can only be described as a Neapolitan colorway. Likening its palette to the various flavors that make up the frozen delicacy, the pair features a vanilla-colored quarter panel, chocolatey mudguards, and hints of strawberry along not only the side Swoosh but also the branding adjacent. Moreover, the outsole pays a more direct homage to the Harlequin Ice Cream, displaying all three of the aforementioned flavors.

Complete with hearts along its toe cap and outsole as well as bright red “Nike Air” embroidery, this Valentine’s Day-inspired Air Max 1 should be arriving early next year. As we await further details, enjoy a look at the offering via the retailer imagery ahead.
