This Could’ve Been A Travis Scott Collaboration In Another Life

The Jordan MVP touches down in Cactus Jack-friendly brown.

This Could’ve Been A Travis Scott Collaboration In Another Life

One of the most welcomed surprises from Jordan Brand this year arrived in the form of a hybrid model. Alongside the low-top trim of the Jordan Legacy 312, the Jordan MVP 678 has brought a fair amount of favor back to the Beaverton brand’s non-retro lineup. However, the latter silhouette still retains a few connections to the successful collaborations of years past.

While not officially connected to Travis Scott, the silhouette’s latest colorway evokes the earth-toned palette synonymous with La Flame’s collaborative installments with the Jumpman banner. Here, the MVP 678 borrows the rich brown hue found throughout Scott’s number of Air Jordan 4s and Air Jordan 1s. Cured almost exclusively atop the clad-suede upper, a dark chocolate tint composes each of the upper’s panels while simultaneously treating the tongue, laces and inner lining. Complemented by icy semi-translucent hits along the tread, the silhouette’s remaining embellishments align with a vibrant orange accent that illuminates the Jumpman logo and the marbled detailing of the midsole.

Enjoy a detailed look at the Jordan MVP 678 “Brown/Orange” below as we await further release details.

In other news, the Jordan 3 “Fear” releases on November 25th.
