Billie Eilish’s Nike Air Alpha Force 88 Is Now Available In “Venom Green”

An electric update to a Nike Basketball classic.

Billie Eilish’s Nike Air Alpha Force 88 Is Now Available In “Venom Green”

Billie Eilish is closing out 2023 with two Nike collaborations. The singer previously revisited the iconic Air Alpha Force 88 in an all-red color scheme, but has recently unveiled her fourth iteration of the retro basketball sneaker.

Much tamer than the “Red October”-reminiscent pair, the fourth Nike Air Alpha Force 88 by Billie Eilish features a color-blocking similar to the original. White, black, and grey tones reprise all of their roles atop the silhouette that was once worn by Michael Jordan but better-endorsed by Charles Barkley. Instead of “University Red,” however, Eilish’s next swoosh-branded collaboration indulges in “Venom Green” flavor, a hue similar to the Air Jordan 1 KO she and her Jordan Brand family released in September 2021. Given the sneaker’s December launch alongside a ruby-colored style, it’s possible the latest Nike Basketball offering is rooted in colors traditionally associated with Christmas (the “Kobe Reverse Grinch” is a perfect example). In any case, the pair arrives with typical co-branding from the burgeoning partnership, in addition to a number of recycled materials, an achievement important to the 21-year-old.

Enjoy campaign photography for Eilish’s latest Nike project ahead. The “Lemon Venom” Alpha Force 88 seems exclusive to store.billieeilish.com. Nevertheless, the pair is priced at $130 USD.
