Finding its charm in streetwear alongside the Beastie Boys throughout the 90s, the low-top trim has since returned in a heritage-filled composition that would have paired effortlessly alongside Mike D, MCA and Ad-Rock.
Retaining several embellishments from the model’s reissue in 1991, the adidas Gazelle from the brand’s Originals banner returns in a complete tonal “Cloud White” treatment. Echoing the clean, crisp aesthetics of the early 90s, the Gazelle’s clad-leather upper is met with equal amounts of the colorless hue. Stretching from the mudguard and quarter to the tongue, laces and sole unit underfoot, almost every single inch of the silhouette is coated in blank white fervor – save the “Gold Metallic” Gazelle embossing that takes place at the mid-foot of the lateral side.
