According to the brand’s sales numbers, the adidas Samba is the most popular adidas sneaker in seven of the 50 United States of America. As such, the decades-old design continues to appear in more styles.
With 2024 inching closer, the simple and timeless model will release in (at least) four new styles, which each donning “Core Black” in some capacity. Other tones like “Putty Grey,” “Almost Yellow,” and “Silver Metallic” join the mix, divvying up real estate with the aforementioned pitch-dark due. The quartet from adidas Originals maintains all of the design cues that’ve made the Samba one of the more ubiquitous sneakers of the past two years: high-quality leather and suede construction comes together with the iconic “T” toe for a classic shoe worth the price tag. Branding on December’s seasonal capsule opts for different shimmering finishes, with football-inspired sole units underfoot also opting for makeovers. Two of the four options maintain their beloved semi-translucent gum finish, but one pair experiments with an “aged” arrangement that adds to the adidas sneaker’s vintage appeal.
Enjoy a closer shot of all four styles ahead, and find the pairs available via adidas.com right now. Each Samba OG is priced at $100 USD.
