Making a world premiere with Paris as its backdrop.

Detailed Look: Soul Goods x Jordan Air Ship

A first detailed look at the SoulGoods x Jordan Air Ship has been revealed via @conkeror21. The design hinges on a two-tone look, with grey suede on the toe-guard complemented by a dark coffee brown on the toe-box, mid-panel, heel, and collar. Soul Goods’ tiger logo apepars on both the ankle collar as well as the leather hangtag, while the number 5 is embroidered on the heel.

Since it’s return to the market in 2020 and it’s transition from a Nike-owned silo to a Jumpman property, the Jordan Air Ship has been a priority for the brand as it looks to further establish it in the pantheon of must-have Retro models. Through collaborative efforts with reputable labels and retailers such as A Ma Maniére and Awake NY, the Air Ship is now setting sail to the Far East to tap Beijing’s SoulGoods for their first ever cooperative project.

Revealed today through an official teaser on the shop’s Instagram page, the SoulGoods x Jordan Air Ship is unveiled via a quick-hit cameo, spotted on the feet of a city resident going about his day to pick up some food in the Chinatown district of Paris, France. Hits of brown and sail are revealed on the mid-cut silhouette, although that’s all that we can gather — for now. An official announcement by SoulGoods will likely follow soon.

Speaking of, the Awake NY Jordan Air Ship is set to launch this February.
