Coco Gauff Is Ready For The 2024 Australian Open With Latest New Balance CG1

Will we “Call Her Champion” in January?

Coco Gauff Is Ready For The 2024 Australian Open With Latest New Balance CG1

Coco Gauff and New Balance are set to deliver a vibrant iteration of the CG1 in anticipation for the Australian Open, which will be held from the 14th to the 28th of January 2024. This comes just after New Balance unveiled their line of collaborative apparel for the occasion in matching shades of blue and yellow, pictured below.

The shoes call in a playful mix of colors throughout, with tasteful accents making their way over a blue base. In this colorway, the CG1 clearly communicates its design story inspired by basketball silhouettes and ‘90s aesthetics.

Unique details on this pair shine through on the cage, where red and blue ribbons appear alongside yellow stitching. Gauff’s signature pops on the red tongue tab and eyestay, in addition to the mantra “You Can Change The World With Your Racket” debossed on the toe, a hallmark of the CG1. The N logo on the heel appears in red and yellow over a blue leather panel, complete with debossed New Balance branding on both the lateral and medial sides.

The latest Coco Gauff signature shoe will be available from New Balance on January 12th for a price tag of $169.99. In the meantime, enjoy detailed images below.
