The shade of brown became increasingly trendy ever since Travis Scott referenced the “Trail End Brown” SB Dunks for his Air Jordan 1 collaboration back in 2019. It has such a profound effect that the Air Jordan 1 “Mocha” that dropped a year later rose to become one of the most sought-after drops of that year, with many pointing to that October 2020 as the last great AJ1 drop by the Jumpman.

Since that phenomenon, brown hues filtered onto other sneakers, commanding attention from sneakerheads who made darker earth tones their entire personality. It’s finally arriving on the Air Max 1 in its standard form via the “Baroque Brown” suede mudguard, Swoosh, and outsole tip matched with the clean white/neutral grey base. Keep in mind that it’s a much richer shade compared to the true “Mocha” and lacks the faded appearance.

These are a women’s release, so sizes will only go up to a 12 (a men’s 10.5). Expect them soon for $140.
