Anthony Edwards is a hot topic in both basketball and sneaker circles, with viral videos of put back dunks garnering lots of buzz alongside the continued rollout of his first signature adidas shoe. As the NBA universe looks forward to All-Star Weekend in just a few weeks, the Minnesota Timberwolves star debuts a special All-Star edition of the adidas AE1 featuring its most distinctive treatment to date.

Slated to drop on February 17th, the latest Anthony Edwards shoe wears a color-shifting metallic tint on its full-length TPU cage, offering a touch of luxury as Edwards soon celebrates his second All-Star Game appearance. The rest of the upper adopts a black base, treated with bright neon green branding on the tongue and heel, while a grey outsole helps accentuate the metallic treatment up top.

Currently leading his Minnesota Timberwolves at the top of the NBA’s Western Conference, this surely isn’t the only piece of shiny hardware Edwards has his sights on.

In other news, check out a pair of upcoming Ja Morant shoes slated to drop February 16th.
