Updated February 9th, 2024: Official images of the women’s Air Jordan 1 Low SE “Pale Vanilla/Sand” have been uploaded.

Premium materials have appeared on the women’s Air Jordan 1 Low with more frequency in recent years, demonstrated through a growing catalog of “Craft” iterations as well as more exploratory use cases of non-traditional fabrics. In this latest delivery, Jordan Brand treats the silhouette to a “Sand” colorway engineered with winter-worthy consideration.

There isn’t much to say regarding the design on this pair as upgraded materials do the heavy lifting, with thick leather overlays lending way to a nubuck base. While the upper remains true to the silhouette’s original build, a notable departure presents on the tongue where the nubuck extends up from the toe box, ousting the typical nylon textile. A light gum sole completes the shoe underfoot, adhering to the monotone palette while further channeling the aesthetic of Timberland boots and other winter staples apparent on this pair.

While the shoe has already begun surfacing overseas, no word has been mentioned regarding a global Nike.com release. In the meantime, keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates page to follow along with the latest developments.
