Every year on the 4th of July, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin throws a “White Party” at his Hamptons estate. A-list celebrities dressed in white flock to Long Island to mingle amongst other pioneers of entertainment like Leonardo DiCaprio, Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian, and within the sports genre; James Harden.

The Los Angeles Clippers guard (then of the 76ers) made an appearance at last year’s event and now uses his experience to inform a new adidas Harden Vol 8 colorway. Unsurprisingly, the shoes are primarily white but feature grey primeknit around the foot’s entry point. While there’s not much to be said regarding the design of this pair, it’s worth noting that “White Party” host Michael Rubin previously co-owned the Philadelphia 76ers, departing just as Harden arrived in 2022.

All those looking for a clean new basketball shoe can pick up the “White Party” adidas Harden Vol 8 on April 1st for $160 on adidas.com. In the meantime, enjoy a detailed look just below.
