Matt Varga Though they’ve been a mover in the footwear space for years, Awake NY experienced their biggest moment yet earlier this year with the launch of their Jordan Air Ship. Successive drops on their website and via SNKRS in March unleashed it stateside, but now the shoe is going intercontinental, set to release in Europe on April 13th.
The appeal of this pair endures just a month later, combining aged details on the midsole with a sleek Bulls adjacent colorway. Though the standout feature is the red and black snakeskin collar, there’s no detail spared across the whole profile, with the traditional Jumpman branding refurbished to reflect Awake’s logo. The accompanying accoutrement that the Awake Jordan Air Ship released with in the states will also launch with this EU drop, including a co-branded box and an NYC-centric pamphlet.
