atmos Teases An adidas Predator Mundial Collaboration

The collaborative history of atmos and adidas is one of the more reliable ones in modern footwear. Dropping at least two shared efforts annually for the past several years, 2024 is shaping up bring some more stellar product into their canon. After news of the atmos adidas Gazelle broke last week, the imprint’s creative director and co-founder Hirofumi Kojima took to his @koji198139 Instagram account to share an early look at their adidas Predator Mundial.

For the uninitiated, the hybrid model here takes the ribbed sections of the Copa Mundial and grafts it together with the curved Three Stripes branding of the Predator. The resulting lifestyle shoe combines the history of adidas’ on-pitch models and refracts it into a daily driver silhouette. The new offering is only months into its life cycle, and as such, less than a dozen colorways have been put on offer so far.

That’s exactly where atmos comes in, setting up a blacked-out foundation that takes over the upper and planting a classic gum sole underfoot. That earthy outsole is complemented by a gold adidas logo on the tongue. Likely the biggest standout from these initial images, hints of baby blue peek out on the edges of the curved Three Stripes branding.

As this is our first look at this atmos x adidas collab, release details are scant to non existent. However, simply reading what Kojima himself said in the post, it appears these will be getting a public release sooner or later. You don’t have to take our word for it, though – his IG blast is embedded below for you to take a closer look yourself.

In more collaborative news, we got detailed looks at the Nina Chanel Abney Jordan 3 as it shapes up for a release this Summer.
