When it comes to meeting consumer’s demand for retro, Y2K inspired footwear, Nike has its gem in the Nike Zoom Vomero 5. It’s been made widely available through a large quantity of releases in recent years, and with sneakerheads looking to polish their summer rotations in the coming months, the pace of Vomero 5 drops has sped up even more.

Next up for the Bill Bowerman-stamped shoe is a new “Jade” colorway draped in multiple green hues, a trendy color choice that’s been a hit on a number of retro runners both inside and out of Nikeland. The titular color spans the shoe’s suede overlays, TPU cage and heel unit, and upper and lower portions of the midsole, while the base adds contrast with a lighter shade.

Notably, the shoes look awfully similar to the “Light Silver” Vomero 5 that surfaced just the other day, just with slight color and material changes. Nonetheless, the sheer quantity of Vomero 5 drops in recent memory is sure to please all who champion retro running aesthetics under the Swoosh banner.
