The Modular, Fully Recycled Nike ISPA Link Axis Goes “Triple Black”

The shoe, and its $300 price tag, land on May 23rd.

The Modular, Fully Recycled Nike ISPA Link Axis Goes “Triple Black”

As “going green” becomes a greater focus for seemingly every major brand, Nike has staked their claim in typically shimmering fashion. The ISPA sub-label continues to mint new formulations that test the limits of footwear and apparel, all while maintaining true ecological commitment. Look no further than the Nike ISPA Link Axis, a glue-less sneaker now aiming at streetwear sensibility in “Triple Black.”

Living up to its title, the ISPA axis drapes head to toe in midnight black, excluding an icy sole unit underfoot that harkens to the aesthetics of the Space Hippie line. Given the orange-on-white and pink-on-blue colorways we’ve seen with the shoe in its past drops, this is easily the most reigned-in edition yet. With how futuristic the shoe looks generally, this could be a welcome change- veering closer to the “norm” to create an easy onramp to bring some sustainability to your closet.

Though building entirely out of recycled material is eye-catching on its own, the shoe is forward thinking in that regard as well, each section easily recyclable to keep its lifestyle truly “circular.”

The Nike ISPA Link Axis “Triple Black” drops May 23rd via Nike channels- its premium $300 MSRP is intact for this colorway. Enjoy official images ahead to get ready for this release.
