The brand’s “Method of Make” and “Zoom CMFT” series speak to the hallmarks of Mike’s first signature through a modern lens, appealing to consumers with a penchant for iconic silhouettes with non-traditional design cues. Steady as it’s been, the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 now surfaces in a new “Bordeaux” colorway for women, set to arrive in Fall 2024.
Taken in an all-suede competition, the titular “Bordeaux” hue graces the toe box, quarter, collar, and tongue, with an additional cameo on the Wings logos and “Light Bordeaux” on inner portion of the outsole. The semi-deconstructed overlays and cut-out Swoosh add contrast in “Neutral Grey,” while a “Muslin” midsole adds a slight pre-aged feel underfoot.
