The New Balance 9060 “Calcium” Releases June 14th

Suede overlays carry another contemporary look.

The New Balance 9060 “Calcium” Releases June 14th

Much like other silos like the New Balance 550 and New Balance 1906R, the New Balance 9060 continues to release at a torrid pace and in a wide range of colorways.

That’s not to say that the Boston brand has oversaturated its market, because the 9060 has been met with considerable consumer demand since it debuted by way of a Joe Freshgoods collaboration in 2022. In short order, it’s come to be beloved by fashion influencers, sneakerheads, and casual consumers all the same, standing tall as the go-to chunky shoe of the moment.

Looking ahead to the warmer months of the year, it appears the focus is on soft-colored contemporary looks that revolve heavily around suede treatments. We covered newly surfaced “Moonbeam” and “Vintage Rose” colorways of that distinction earlier this month, and now a new “Calcium” pair joins the fray, set to release in mid-June. The titular hue introduces itself through buttery suede overlays across the upper, while “Sea Salt” serves as the secondary shade, gracing the base, tongue, laces, and lower portion of the midsole. A “Metallic Silver” New Balance logo adds a touch of flair, as is tradition, matched by a silver heel counter and more branding on the top portions of the heel and tongue.

The New Balance 9060 “Calcium/Sea Salt/Silver Metallic” releases via newbalance.com on June 14th for $150 in unisex sizes. Scroll through detailed images below and reference our “Where To Buy” section for purchase links upon the shoe’s release.

Staying on the New Balance beat, the New Balance 550 continues to surface in new styles and colorways.
