New Balance Dips The 2002R In Chocolate For Fall 2024

Autumn flavors take shape.

New Balance Dips The 2002R In Chocolate For Fall 2024

We’ve still got a whole summer ahead of us, but if recent New Balance 2002R colorways any indication, the Boston brand already has its eyes set on autumn. Officially dubbed “Chocolate” by New Balance, this latest pair stands as the third brown-dominant 2002R we’ve seen in recent months, matched in essence by a Shoe Palace collaboration and mainline monochromatic colorway.

Just short of a jjjjound-esque design, the brown shades that envelop the upper and midsole are complemented by thoughtful accent detailing throughout. The heel, New Balance logo, and center portion of the outsole catch the eye with a bronze tint, while royal blue hits appear on the tongue and midsole. The base itself works in various brown shades across mesh, leather, and suede, lending subtle contrast so as to highlight the model’s tech-runner DNA.

Pairs are currently expected to release Fall 2024 for $145 in men’s sizing, likely towards the tail-end of the shopping season as the weather starts to cool.
