The New Balance 2002R Emerges In Classic Black & Green

Expect a Fall debut for this timeless outfit.

The New Balance 2002R Emerges In Classic Black & Green

The New Balance 2002R now arguably stands as the Boston brand’s premier lifestyle offering. Where MADE in USA editions, the New Balance 1906R or the New Balance 9060 may elicit bigger reactions from the true ‘heads, it’s hard to argue with the simple style and comfort the 2010 design continues to champion. There aren’t many looks you’ll find that offer the classic appeal of the 2002R’s latest look in black, white & green.

Bristle against the label if you will, but the white underpinnings and black overlays make this shoe deserving of some sort of “Panda” moniker right off that bat. However, this formulation embraces trademark NB executions with the metallic silver detailing throughout. The contrast emerald heel cup is essentially the only additional design cue of note, with the selling point of this pair largely resting on easily worn style and daily driver performance.

The New Balance 2002R “Black/Green” is expected to drop in the coming weeks as we get into the heat of Fall ’24. Anticipate the typical $145 price point upon arrival.
