“Harbor Grey” Settles On The New Balance WRPD Runner

A subtle twist on the classic grey hue.

“Harbor Grey” Settles On The New Balance WRPD Runner

New Balance is synonymous with grey footwear, so it’s no surprise that new models tend to introduce themselves in such similar, recognizable makeup. Now approaching its first anniversary, the New Balance WRPD Runner sports “Harbor Grey” on this latest pair, comprising another tonal addition to the model’s growing catalog.

Familiar colors are met with familiar materials here, as suede overlays drape a matching mesh base complete with white New Balance branding at the quarter. Darker pieces of suede near the heel and forefoot provide some differentiation, while the bulk of the midsole comes painted in “Sea Salt” among grey midfoot and heel portions. The “Harbor Grey” shade doesn’t represent a huge departure from the brand’s traditional hue, but in the right lighting as seen above, it gives off a slight blue-ish gleam.

If you’re a fan; pairs are expected to arrive at New Balance and retailers in the near future for $150 in unisex sizing. Scroll through detailed images below and tap our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview other upcoming New Balance drops.
