Three vibrant colors wrap the base.

A Tropical Gradient Refreshes The Nike Air Max Plus

The Nike Air Max Plus has spawned several new versions in recent years, but through it all, the quantity and quality of standard pairs hasn’t relented. Gradient designs are what the shoe wears best, and now joining several such colorways on the Fall 2024 docket, official images of a new, refreshing tropical mix just landed.

As is common for the model, vibrant colors draw eyes to the base while the TPU overlays, heel, mudguard, and other ancillary elements appear non-disruptive in black. Close in essence to the Air Max Plus Sunset, the forefoot portion transitions from “Opti Yellow” to “Safety Orange” before skewing towards “Baltic Blue” on the heel, comprising a playful, energetic look. Not without special touches, a black mini Swoosh is decorated by subtle “Metallic Silver” piping while the Air chambers and tongue and insole branding introduce more “Opti Yellow” hits.

Pairs retail for $185 and are expected to hit shelves in Fall 2024 in men’s sizing. Scroll through official images below and tap our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse other upcoming deliveries from the Beaverton brand.

Speaking of which, the Nike Air Safari is returning in its OG colorway on July 19th.
