The New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 Wears Pink Digi Camo

A notable twist on "Triple Black."

The New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 Wears Pink Digi Camo

On top of dominating the lifestyle space with models like the New Balance 9060 and New Balance 550, the Boston brand more than ever has its sights set on expanding into additional verticals. Basketball shoes are particularly a point of interest at NB HQ, with the imprint amassing an impressive roster of talent (Tyrese Maxey, Kawhi Leonard, Cameron Brink) and an equally impressive on-foot catalog. The New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 is an integral part of that, now emerging in a nocturnal digi camo outfit.

At first glance, it’s hard to tell what sets this shoe apart from other “Triple Black” adjacent colorways. After all, the entire sole unit and the full upper, save for a steely grey “N” logo on the medial side, takes to the nocturnal tonality. However, that branding section actually does reveal a central part of this shoe, with a rosy outline surrounding that N sharing the same color as scattered pink patches at the color that make up the aforementioned digital camo print. A keen eye will also reveal dark brown on the very exterior of the outsole, those two accents shades combining for a bit of off-kilter sensibility within the bounds of the frequently-utilized all-black.

The New Balance Fresh Foam BB v2 is expected to land via NB.com in the coming weeks, retailing for $130. Keep an eye on our Sneaker Release Dates hub for up-to-date info on when this pair will officially land.
