As if the Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn needed any more confirmation of being a women’s only footwear item, Jordan Brand has added pink uppers once again to this highly modified classic. Although the silhouette’s already appeared pretty in pink, it now gets a suede upper as we approach the later Fall months.

Clad in a full suede upper, this Air Jordan 1 Brooklyn makes use of differing textures to create the contrast from the layering. At the base is a slightly gritty texture one the toe-box and mid-panel that stretches up the ankle, while the toe-guard, heel, Swoosh, and lace collar opts for a much finer grain to be smoother to touch.

The high-top Air Jordan 1 then sits on a full Sail-colored off-white platformed sole, with the debossed texture on the sidewalls stretching out from beneath the conventional traction pattern on the bottoms.
