De’Aaron Fox’s Curry Fox 1 Signature Shoe Will Be Low-Cut With A Strap

De’Aaron Fox’s Curry Fox 1 Signature Shoe Will Be Low-Cut With A Strap

De’Aaron Fox’s first shoe with Curry Brand is confirmed to release in 2024. Today, we have exclusive details regarding the design of the anticipated debut model of the first-ever signature athlete under Curry Brand.

Officially announced last October, Sacramento Kings star point guard De’Aaron Fox joined Stephen Curry’s Curry Brand, the sub-label under parent brand Under Armour, as its first signature athlete back. The official announcement revealed that Fox and Curry Brand would be dropping his own shoe in 2024.

During an official media preview event in NBA Player’s Association headquarters in New York City, Stephen Curry and brand representatives have officially announced some key details surrounding the Fox 1. According to Senior Footwear Designer Ed Wallace, the Curry Fox 1 will be a low-cut model with a strap. The silhouette itself has a “runner” in mind given Fox’s speed and ability to cover maximum ground on the hardwood.

While a first look at the shoes has yet to be revealed, the Curry Brand is set to embark on its China Tour next week. Stephen Curry, De’Aaron Fox and other athletes will be on location to unveil the first Curry Brand retail store in the world located in China; Fox could potentially debut the model during that marketing run.
