Updated November 11th, 2024: Official images have landed of multiple new colorways of the Nike Air Force 1 Low Dance, setting the retooling up as an earnest women’s off-shoot model rather than a one-off colorway. Many of the new touches from the original “Volt” pair remain across the four new looks (black/brown, Off Noir/Black, Summit White/Photon Dust, White/Metallic Silver), including upside-down branding, an inset Swoosh with an embroidered outlet, a slitted outsole and a thinner nylon tongue.
The full gallery of images for all four looks are included below, with “Where To Buy” widgets attached containing direct links upon release. As of writing, the “Volt” and “Summit White” colorways are available as Nike Member Products, while the rest are expected for late 2024/early 2025. Our original coverage surrounding the Air Force 1 Low Dance “Volt” is intact further down this page.

Original article published September 3rd, 2024: Nike continues flushing out its line of dancing footwear and apparel with the all-new Air Force 1 Dance for women, tailoring Bruce Kilgore’s classic to the aesthetics and technical demands of the sport.
Much like the Nike Jam, the Beaverton brand’s first ever breaking shoe, upside down branding stands out as the AF1 Dance’s hallmark quality. The tongue and heel come with stitched and flipped “Nike Air” text, with the idea being that the logos appear properly when dancing. Statement-making “Volt” seems like an appropriate choice for the model’s rollout colorway selection, reflecting the eccentricity behind the sport, while a black secondary shade provides both balance and contrast.
Other aesthetic touches include a black “AF1” lace dubrae and stitched piping around the Swoosh, but the new model also comes with some purposeful dance-minded alterations. The tongue appears to be comprised of a thinner nylon fabric for comfort, and the sole features two cut-out lines near the front, improving flexibility.
Dancers will be able to cop the the AF1 Low Dance “Volt/Black” on November 7th for $130, with additional colorways expected to arrive throughout the Holiday 2024 shopping season. See official images below and turn to our “Where To Buy” section for purchase links upon the release.
