Nike’s emphasis on the Air Max Sunder will be felt this Holiday 2024 season as several new colorways are expected to launch. Following the all-black colorway hitting stores on September 18th, the Air Max Sunder will also be releasing a two-toned blue colorway reminiscent of the original “Heaven Blue” colorway from 1999.
Revealed for the first time, the Air Max Sunder “Heaven Blue” appears with a light blue upper on the neoprene-like material, while a darker navy blue shade covers the mudguard. Unlike the 1999 originals that featured a tonal color, the exterior armor plating sticks to the standard grey seen on the first batch of Retro releases from July and August of this year. The midsole sticks to a conventional white, while a black rubber outsole completes the look.
A firm release date is currently unknown, but expect an MSRP of $180. Quick note: these will likely drop near the Air Max Sunder “Burgundy”.
