Skeleton-inspired text dots the lateral heel.

adidas Dame 9 “Halloween” Covered In Black Patent And Blood Red

We’ve spilled plenty of ink on Nike and Jordan Halloween shoes in recent weeks, but adidas is also privy to celebrating spooky SZN through footwear. Following its mid-September debut, Damian Lillard’s adidas Dame 9 now shows off its costume; an eerie black patent leather mix with bloody accents.

A perfect complement to Dame’s “cut your heart out” clutch shooting, the shoe comes with metallic silver stripes that play the role of blades, dripping in blood on the top. Similar embellishments appear over a black midsole underfoot, while bone-like text reading YKW71I appears on the lateral heel, alluding to “Dame Time” and Lillard’s record-setting 71-point game. Material-wise, the Dame 9 “Halloween” stands out by way of patent leather sidewalls and and ribbed fabric up top, neither of which had been spotted on the new model until now.

No release date has been set at the time of this writing, but all indications point towards an October 2024 arrival. Stick with us for all the latest updates over the coming weeks.
