Nike Drapes Premium Suede Over The Dunk Low SE “Hemp”

Earth tones arrive alongside an all-over suede upper.

Nike Drapes Premium Suede Over The Dunk Low SE “Hemp”

Though some consumers may have reached peak Nike Dunk saturation already, Beaverton isn’t losing faith in this decade’s defining silhouette. On top of a healthy dose of Nike SB Dunk Low releases throughout 2024, the slim-tongued, more common counterpart has also earned its fair share of “special edition” releases (next satisfied with the Dunk Low “Berlin” on October 5th.) While it’s unclear whether it’ll warrant the same SNKRS limited treatment, the latest step in that strategy embraces an earthy “Hemp” colorway.

The synthetic overhaul for Peter Moore’s design is almost assuredly what lends these the “SE” tag, yet the accessible palette here means these aren’t a massive jump from mainline Dunk drops. While this shoe opting for short-haired suede means this is of a different sort than the shaggy “Hydrangeas,” “Olive Aura” and “Light Armory Blue” colorways released earlier in 2024, similar color-blocking is executed all the same. Complementary notes of deep pink and neutral “Hemp” make for a perfect embrace of Fall, replete with an SB-minded gum sole underfoot that continues to excel on the Dunk Low.

The Nike Dunk Low SE “Hemp” is likely queued up for a Holiday 2024 release, retailing at a slightly premium $125 price tag. Hit the gallery just ahead for an official look.
