Back To Basics For The Jumpman And The Air Jordan 1 Low “Bred”

The Air Jordan 1 High 85 Bred is one of the most highly anticipated 2025 Jordan releases, with many sneakerheads eagerly waiting to cop the original colorway in high-top form for the first time since 2016 (discounting patent leather and satin versions). Before that shoe comes to light, the Jumpman is dropping an AJ1 “Bred” of a different variety, taken on the modern Jordan 1 Low cut.

We’ve seen Jordan Brand mash up black and “Varsity Red” on several low-top 1s in recent years, including OG colorway spinoffs like “Reverse Bred” and “Bred Toe.” This next effort closely borders original color blocking, with a black outsole and white wings logo standing as the only notable departures. The shoe won’t be nearly as prized as the aforementioned Jordan 1 High 85 Bred, or even a “Bred” version of the original Jordan 1 Low cut, but brings another attainable heritage-fueled aesthetic to market.

The Jordan 1 Low “Bred” is currently expected to release during the Holiday 2024 shopping season for $115 in men’s sizes. See official images below and tap our Jordan Release Dates page to browse more upcoming pairs.
