While 2025 Jordan Releases have been the bigger story all year, we’re already getting a pretty good sense of what to expect from Nike SB next year, between very early images of the next Supreme SB Dunks, the Nike SB Air Max 95 project and sequel efforts for the Nike SB Jordan 4. The next wave of skateboarding news out of Beaverton is one of the more intriguing nuggets we’ve received in some time, though; several Air Force 1s are releasing next summer with skate tooling, but they’ll be entirely outside of the purview of Nike SB.
Consistent with other Swoosh skate shoes, Bruce Kilgore’s design is expected to receive a heavy dose of new padding, replete with a plush tongue and additional cushioning on the interior collar. Additionally, the high friction areas on the toe and heel will reportedly be delivered in durable nubuck, the skate-inspired overhaul finishing out with a wider laces on either shoe. Though we’re a bit too early in the process for any images of these pairs to have hit the ‘net, three colorways are confirmed: “Stadium Green,” “Photon Dust/Gum Light Brown,” & staid “White/Black.”
According to SneakerFiles, this is an update to news of the 2025 Nike SB Air Force 1, entirely superseding that previously reported project. The Nike Air Force 1 SK8 is currently set for a Summer 2025 release window, with a retail price of $120 expected. Catch some speculative mockups included below, and stay tuned for further updates.
