Original article published October 5th, 2024: There are plenty of Air Max heads out that strictly wear general releases. You know what? We get it. Some of the best pairs that ever hit the market were never the highly hyped and limited collaborations and special editions, but rather the perfect arrangement of colors that enhanced the silhouette’s original design.

Tinker Hatfield’s vision on the Air Max 90 has yielded a great business for the Swoosh. At one point, the Air Max 90 was the best selling Air Max sneaker of all-time, and although we don’t have the updated figures, we suspect that it still holds that crown thanks to the Beaverton brand’s in-house efforts.

Case in point, this upcoming black, grey, and neon green colorway that stirs up thoughts of the iconic Air Max 95 “Neon”, a shoe that is set to return next year. If you’re a big fan of this iconic colorway, then this upcoming release is now on your radar as a must-cop. You might even remember the Dave White Air Max 90 from nearly two decades ago.

These will be available soon on Nike.com and partnering Nike retailers for $130; see the official images below for the best look.
