adidas’ Futuristic MAD IIINFINITY Steeps A “Mocha” Colorway

The Kobe-inspired model tolls up for autumn.

adidas’ Futuristic MAD IIINFINITY Steeps A “Mocha” Colorway

Once a punch line in the adidas catalog, the influence of the bulky Crazy 1 is undeniable at this stage. Influencing a new-age reboot with the adidas Crazy IIINFINITY, a fresh spin on its chunky aesthetics arrived earlier in 2024 with the MAD IIINFINITY, taking the futuristic lean of the product family to a new level. We’ve chiefly seen greyscale looks grace the silo, which makes the “Mocha” edition coming in November that much more noteworthy.

Despite the change-up in the palette, this maintains the all-over looks that have largely defined the MAD IIINFINITY. Adjacent hits of “Dark Brown” & and “Earth Strata” overcome the multi-media composition, working up from the TPU shank to the suede panels to the leather eye-stay strips. The sole interruption to that earthy palette comes with “Wonder Gold” linework that creeps from the quarter, sneaking some luxury appeal while still lining up with the overall design.

The adidas MAD IIINFINITY “Mocha” releases on November 1st, commanding a retail price of $180.
