Edison Chen’s CLOT continues to sink its teeth into the wide world of adidas with a new capsule dubbed “Endless Escapism,” featuring prominent faces and names from the Three Stripes’ skateboarding division.
In athletics, achieving “Endless Escapism” is to detach oneself from reality and tap into the mental state that breeds success, tuning out all outside noise while focusing on movement and fluidity. CLOT collaborations often embody a similar genre of mindfullness, thus, a fusion of sport and fashion entities strikes as more than sensible. adidas skaters Zach Saraceno, Jenn Soto, and Miles Silvas come together for the “Endless Escapism” campaign, all of whom are strong ambassadors of the theme at play.
For our purposes, two new CLOT Gazelle colorways lead the charge. Initially expected to launch at the top of November, the “Off-White” and “Collegiate Navy” editions will both arrive as part of the “Endless Escapism” collection. Both looks feature premium leather and suede uppers as well as CLOT’s hallmark beaded stripes, with the classic Gazelle Indoor sole comprising underfoot. Additional standouts include warmup jackets featuring Chinese “CLOT” lettering, pique polos, long-sleeve tees, and adibreak snap-button pants.
The “Endless Escapism” CLOT x adidas apparel releases November 18th via the CONFIRMED app, while the two Gazelle colorways release broadly via CONFIRMED and retailers on the 22nd. See detailed images of the full capsule below.
