Jordan Brand’s Lunar New Year collection for Spring 2025 is one of the most well-rounded we’ve seen to date, including lifestyle staples like the Jordan 1 Low, a modern signature shoe in the Tatum 3, and for our purposes; the first ever Jordan 11 inspired by the Chinese zodiac. The “Year Of The Snake” Jordan 11 Low is expected to release sometime this January, and while we don’t have a solid date yet, new detailed images allow for a full preview of what’s to come.
The gallery below shows an agreeable greyscale look made unique by an iridescent snakeskin mudguard. It’s not exactly clear what material makes up the defining feature, but close-up shots of the toe reveal what appears to be tactile ripstop. Shimmery shades of blue, pink, and green are also present upon inspection, lending a subtle nod to the reptile’s biology.
White leather completes the top portion of the base, while yellowed gum soles add a pre-aged vibe underfoot. As far as accessories go, Jordan Brand includes a black leather snakeskin hangtag alongside a beaded rope attachment.
The “Year Of The Snake” Jordan 11 Low is due out this January, likely around the end of the month as Lunar New Year festivities kick off. Our Jordan Release Dates page will updates with more information as we continue to learn more over the coming weeks.
Steering focus to another upcoming Jordan release, the Black Cat 3s arrive January 11th in full family sizes.
