Sneaker News Every so often, we come across a pair of Dunk Lows that could easily pass as a general-release pair of SBs. The Nike Dunk Low “Dark Team Red” fits that bill.
All that’s missing on this upcoming Spring 2025 pair is the fattened and padded tongue as well as the modified outsole and interior ankle pinchers. Otherwise, the dark red shade in suede paired with the smooth black leather is something you’d find in the silver box era of Nike SB from over two decades ago. The matching black midsole with dark red bottoms really give it that early era vibe, which has us wondering: are customizers still adding cotton into the tongue to create makeshift SB Dunks?
This Dunk Low in all its slimmed tongue glory is expected to launch this Spring 2025 season for $125; see the official images ahead for a closer look.
