Simple and versatile colorways have made the New Balance 9060 a mainstream sensation, but that’s not to say the Boston brand is afraid to bring a splash of vibrancy every now and then. If you were fond of 2024’s “Great Plains” colorway but could do with a little more energy, this upcoming Spring 2025 release is for you.

Using the aforementioned “Great Plains” 9060 as a starting point, New Balance’s next effort features identical hairy suede, mustard yellow overlays. The real intrigue lives on the ancillary elements, where pink and red hits steer the design far away from its predecessor’s contemporary aesthetic. Imposing “True Red” treatments touch up the New Balance logos, tongue branding, and bottom portion of the midsole, while “Twilight Haze” lands gently on the mesh base.
