Should Nike celebrate the Air Max 95‘s 30th anniversary with more “Ultra” releases? Truth be told, most fans of the “110s” aren’t fond of the synthetic spinoff model and would be fine seeing it taking a back seat in favor of OG-inspired looks and collaborations. With that being said, the infamous re-tooling has always surfaced infrequently and looks to play an under-the-radar role in Nike’s catalog again in 2025.
This “Royal” colorway offers some semblance of familiarity with greyscale sidewalls, complete with tasteful pops of color on the mini Swoosh, Flywire cables, tongue logo, and Air bubbles. Black mesh lives around the eyelets, grey nubuck makes up the toe cap, and the midsole comes painted in grey for cohesion with the sidewall gradient.
If you’re a fan, look for the Air Max 95 Ultra “Royal” to release via nike.com and retailers in the near future. See official images below and tap our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse other upcoming pairs by the Swoosh.
