Jordan Brand is shipping out “First Class” Jordan 4 PEs to all its most significant sponsored schools in 2025. Using a 2023 player edition created for WNBA players as the blueprint, the Jumpman has been revisiting the design theme in different, team-friendly colorways. Read below for info on the Houston Cougars Jordan 4 PE.

Now joining UNC, Howard University, and Florida in “First Class” are the Houston Cougars, currently sitting pretty atop the Big 12 men’s basketball division. The design opts for a greyscale palette as opposed to red and white, tying in with the team’s black alternate jerseys, complete with metallic gold Jumpman logos and a matching, branded hangtag. While hard to tell from the one available image, the shoe features a nubuck upper and buttery suede panel over the toe.

To state the obvious; the Houston Cougars Air Jordan 4 PE will not see a public release. However, our Jordan Release Dates page contains information about several AJ4s arriving in 2025, including the Black Cat 4s, White Cement 4s, and more.
