Don’t look now, but Air Max Day is creeping closer and closer. While we haven’t gotten any indication that a new face, a la the Air Max Dn or Air Max DN8 that headlined previous years, will be hitting the market on the brand holiday, doubtlessly the woosh has plenty in store for 3.26.26.

Spotlighted silhouettes like the Air Max 95 should be expected to be on the main stage come March, but now more than ever, Nike has a bevy of options to highlight. The archival Nike Air Max TL 2.5, recently rising to the fore with a suede heart two-pack, now cracks open another beloved split. Though the “Iron Grey” foundation this pair builds on may not be an exact match for the 110’s grey gradient, pops of “Light Liquid Lime” in the cushioning and Swoosh make the resemblance clear all the same.

The Nike Air Max TL 2.5 “Iron Grey” should be hitting Nike.com and partnering retailers in the coming weeks, clocking in at $180. Catch official images below.
