Original article published January 29th, 2025: It’s one of the biggest tangible questions looming from the Swoosh’s public comments — when can we expect Nike slowing supply of their staple models to actually take hold? Even considering the latency between ideation, production and release when it comes to footwear, we’ve yet to actually see the number of AF1 colorways take a dip, and as we work through its 2025 offerings, it still seems like business as usual, with a “Light British Tan” Air Force 1 Low now entering the mix.

Aged aesthetics truly drape this shoe, with a palpable patina created by the complementary “Pearl White,” “Light British Tan,” “Pale Ivory,” and “Sail,” each at least a few shades off of the typical pure white. In particular, the sophisticated brown hues that coat the Swoosh and the debossed heel tabs do kick things into a more elevated air than on most Air Force 1 releases. For some additional intrigue, check out the front of the lace unit and the tongue, sporting a metallic dubrae and crossed stitching, respectively, two closing notes that further set this apart from the pack.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Pearl White/Light British Tan” should be hitting Nike.com and store shelves in short order, commanding a $125 retail price upon arrival. Keep our Sneaker Release Dates page handy for additional updates, or simply catch official images included just ahead.
