Nike Is Bringing Back This OG Zoom Spiridon Colorway For The First Time

The Nike Zoom Spiridon is continuing its retro run in more original colorways. You were probably already acquainted with the “Sport Red” pair that marked the model’s return, as well as the recent Black version, but this “Metallic Silver” edition is one you may not be aware of.

Originally hitting retail in 1997 as a women’s-exclusive, this Silver pair has never been brought back–not in the late 2010s or any other previous Spiridon retro run. It was all but confirmed for a comeback when Nike placed it at the cover of a recent Cult Classics installment, and now official brand images have surfaced ensuring its return.

A light blue Swoosh border and matching mini Swoosh stand as the only main pops of color, with the rest of the design favoring titular “Metallic Silver” across its synthetic leather and mesh portions. Black detailing appears on the elongated eyelets and backtab, while a white midsole and black outsole polish off the delivery underfoot.

As we mentioned earlier, these were originally a women’s colorway, but they’re back in mens/unisex sizing on February 13th, 2025 for $160. Assuming these are like the “Sport Red,” expect full adult sizes this time around (US M 3.5 – US M 15).
