First Look At The Nike KD 18; New Model Debuting With Black Label Collection In February

Kevin Durant’s signature shoe series will reach an incredible eighteenth installment in 2025. His media platform Boardroom just revealed a first look at the brand new silhouette, carrying with it a strong influence from the Air Terra Humara.

Much like how the earlier Nike KD chapters drew its DNA from 1990s models (the current KD 17 from the Air Max Plus), the KD 18 features some standout details of the all-time classic trail shoe. Originally created by legendary Swoosh designer Peter Fogg and releasing in 1997, the Air Terra Humara further lends its styling via the mid-foot inspired by motorcycle disc brakes. Furthermore, the midsole features similar grooves and indents to the Air Talaria, another 1997 icon.

This Nike KD 18 Clear Jade/Liquid Lime, a clear nod to the iconic “Weatherman” KD 4, is set to release on April 18th, 2025 for $160. However, the signature shoe itself is set to arrive much sooner as it will debut on February 14th as part of the Black Label Collection.

Stay tuned for further early looks at the Nike KD 18 signature shoe and the upcoming “Black Label” colorway which will likely be limited to 1,988 pairs.
