EasyOn technology has recently represented a middle ground for Nike, bridging the gap between their super techy accessibility wear like the FlyEase with their mainline offerings, aimed at maintaining some level of street style appeal on top of the functionality. The Air Jordan 1 Low has emerged as easily the foremost silhouette for this initiative, and now a 2024 colorway jumps onto the build.

Sported zip collars and velcro closure, the shoe still holds onto the ease of access that prompted Nike to originally market EasyOn to those with disabilities or other mobility restrictions. Though certainly still part of the demo, their messaging has shifted towards those who are “always on the go,” a slip-on style proposition for those who still want the Air Jordan legacy on feet. For our money, reaching into the well-recieved Air Jordan 1 “Latte” from 2024 is a standout way to achieve that, faithfully replicating the colorway with a front half emphasis on black and white and a caramel coated collar and sockliner.
