First Look At The Nike Air Max TL 2.5 “Dusty Cactus”

First Look At The Nike Air Max TL 2.5 “Dusty Cactus”

It’s officially Air Max Month, and while most of the brand’s efforts and emphasis is being placed on the Air Max DN8, much attention surrounding the cushioning platform has been on alternate models. Case in point: the Air Max TL 2.5, which just debuted in a “Dusty Cactus” colorway.

This first look reveals the early/mid-2000s model in its finest, borrowing an all-too-familiar gradient of grey shades that captures both Wolf and Cool varieties. Black anchors the via the mudguard overlays and soles, maintaining the sleekness that Nike had established with the Air Max 95.

The pop of color is what makes or breaks the Air Max TL 2.5. In this case, it’s absolutely made via the vivid teal-esque Dusty Cactus shade as it appears on the Swoosh logo, full-length Air unit, and on the outsole.

If you care more about retro than the new, this Air max TL 2.5 is set to land on Nike.com this Summer 2025 for $180.

In other Swoosh updates, here’s the latest from the Nike ReactX Rejuven8 recovery shoe.
