Vans Hits The High Fashion Runway With Valentino Collaboration For 2025

Vans might be known for its gritty ethos, but the SoCal skate company has proven willing to dip its toe into high fashion. From the same school as collaborations with Gucci and Fear Of God comes a project with Italian luxury house Valentino, unveiled here via Paris Fashion Week runway images.

Part of Valentino’s FW25 collection titled “The Meta Theater of Intimacy,” four Valentino x Vans Authentic colorways are on tap. Each style utilizes the iconic Vans checkerboard pattern, consistently incorporating the rectangular “V” logo into the theme. One pair features black and green checkerboard with red palm trees, while others come in black/pink and black/red. The most notable of the bunch is a red, white, and blue colorway featuring both companies’ logos and an “I Love My Vans” message.

The sneakers are crafted with standard Vans canvas material and rubber soles, meaning they’re every bit as skate-worthy as your inline pair of Authentics. It also implies a manageable price tag, but no MSRP has been floated at the time of this writing.

Enjoy runway images of the Valentino x Vans Authentics below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview more upcoming collabs. As mentioned, these are due out during the Fall/Winter 2025 shopping season.
