First Look At The Nike Air Max 95 “Pink Foam” Featuring The Big Bubble

Using this year’s Air Max 95 “Neon” retro as the blueprint, Nike is celebrating the model’s 30th anniversary by giving other memorable colorways the same big bubble treatment. We spilled ink on the return of the “Pink Foams” earlier this year, and now a first look confirms that the shoe is in fact coming back with OG-inspired tooling.

The “Pink Foam” Air Max 95 originally released in 2020 and was famously flaunted by Kim Kardashian on Instagram, which caused resale prices to skyrocket in the wake of a fairly mellow drop. The sneaker plays off the OG “Neon” colorway by swatching in “Pink Foam” as the accent hue, appearing notably on the eyelets, outsole, Swoosh logos, and Air units. Grey suede sidewalls and a black midsole come in as familiar makeup.

Unveiled by UK retailer Size? in the embedded video above, the 2025 retro dials is back to 1995 with an OG-inspired big bubble Air unit. While not quite on par with original Air Max 95s, the Air units are noticeably larger than those of the “modern” version used in 2020. Moreover, just like the upcoming “Neon” retro, Nike adds a seam to the center of all the bubbles.

This is one of several big bubble Air Max 95s landing in 2025, joined of course by the “Neon” retro alongside an emerging lineup that includes “Cool Grey” and black styles. A Ma Maniére and Corteiz are releasing new Air Max 95 collaborations this year, but neither have received the same big bubble treatment.

A concrete release date for the “Pink Foam” Air Max 95 hasn’t been announced yet, but we’re still expecting an April 2025 arrival. See detailed images via Size? below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse other upcoming Air Max shoes.
